Tibial aplasia-ectrodactyly syndrome
Tibial aplasia-ectrodactyly syndrome describes the absence or underdevelopment of the tibia associated with ectrodactual limb malformations.
The severity of the syndrome varies widely, ranging from bilateral tibial aplasia with cleft palate deformity to hypoplastic large toe.
Other associated abnormalities are the bifurcation of the femur and an aplasia or hypoplasia of the ulna and patella. The syndrome is inherited autosomal dominant
